Occupying the Allotted Land: Rising to Rule, Influence, and Impact
A Call to Dominion, Spiritual Responsibility, and Excellence as Kingdom Ambassadors Step Boldly into 2026
All roads led to Kingdom Ambassadors Centre (KAC), London, on January 4th, 2026, as they rang in the New Year. Many travelled from far, sons and daughters, ministers, guests for one purpose to receive the Father’s Blessing for the new year. The service started with prayers of thanksgiving, as Vanessa* led the congregation to thank God for all He had in store for 2026. The theme of the year, Occupying, sat in the hearts of people as they pondered and thanked God for the exploits waiting in the months to come. The service progressed into a time of worship with First Lady Patience Adjei. Deep reverence rose from within the hearts of people as songs were lifted. As worship ended, Pastor Randolph Adjei mounted the pulpit and led the church in the mission for the day. In his usual fashion, he went through scriptures to help people gain understanding of what it means to Occupy this year. His message was passionate and empowering, encouraging even the weakest of minds to dream bigger this year. As is custom with every first Sunday of the year, each congregant was anointed and invited to lay their prayer requests and seed on the altar. The atmosphere was sombre but carried moments of laughter as Pastor Randolph teased the house about the lengthy time involved in completing the entire anointing. He concluded the service by sharing two major updates: KAC is working towards securing its second building and the church will be entering into the real estate market.
It is the second Kingdom school of the year, and Pastor Randolph continues his teaching on The Occupy Mandate and the need to occupy territories. He states that the easiest way to capture souls is by capturing a territory. He uses the effects of weather to expand on this point by saying despite how people desire to dress their choices are subject to the current climate. He extends his point by recognising the impact of climate not just people’s clothing choices but even their temperaments and behaviours. He backs this point by reading from Psalm 19:1-5. The heavens can speak and communicate specific revelations over regions and territories. He reveals to the church that this is the reason many who never dabbled in sexual immorality in the past struggle with it in university is because of the knowledge being spoken over that territory. This ‘knowledge’ is not limited to physical territories but also to families. The heavens over each family dictates a specific knowledge either guiding them in darkness or light. Because of this, he tells the church it is necessary to possess the heavens over the city of Hackney. He reads from the bible and mentions the likes of Joshua and Elijah who took control over the heavens, by causing the sun to shine longer than it should and locking the heavens to prevent rain. This teaching opened the eyes of the church to think more strategically about saving souls.
He revisits God’s original intention for man in Genesis which was to have dominion over creation, and not man for to dominate man. However, when man fell, this is exactly what happened – Cain killed Abel. This was only possible because man traded his dominion in the garden, and a spirit of darkness took over, leading men to commit evil. He explains that there are no vacant spaces or thrones, even an empty room is always filled with dust. The more he teaches the more the church sees the need for dominion. He reveals the extent to which men can take dominion over any territory or sphere is to the extent man grows in the image of God. Though all men are formed in the image of God, there is more of His glory that can be revealed in men.
He concludes the teaching by imploring each individual to know the allotment God has given to them. He recounts the story of Caleb asking for his inheritance from Joshua. He implores the church to not waste time discovering the allotted to them because this is where their strength lies. The teaching brought freedom to those pursuing careers to please their parents. He gave the example of Rowan Atkinson who has succeeded in life through his comedic persona. He goes on to say that some people’s allotment may not be connected to London, and their inheritance, destiny partners could be in other countries. Pastor Randolph’s life illustrates this point, a native of Ghana but an influential voice in the continent of Europe. This teaching encouraged the church to break free from every limitation in the mind and actively pursue the allotment God has given to them.
In the fourth series of the Occupy Mandate, Pastor Randolph teaches on The Void Strategy. He prefaces the sermon by addressing the agenda of the enemy: to make occupied spaces vacant. He reads the anchor scripture of the year, Psalm 125:1-3, with a focus on verse 3:
“For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest. On the land allotted to the righteous, Lest the righteous reach out their hands to iniquity.”
The teaching begins with the understanding of the word sceptre which represents rulership, authority, and governance. He links this definition to the dominion mandate God gave man in the garden. He infers for the sceptre of the wicked to rest on the land allotted to the righteous, this is because the righteous abdicated their position or authority and the devastating result is that the righteous, not the wicked, suffer for it. He charges the church to arise from passivity and take their rightful place. He shares a noteworthy point “when the wrong spirit or authority governs a righteous inheritance, compromise eventually follows”. He reiterates his point from the last kingdom school, that everyone has a domain allotted to them. Joshua was called to rule all of Israel but within Israel Caleb had a possession. He asks what spirit governs the music and entertainment industry? On this ground, he mentions the recent screening of By Kac Studios (BKS) debut films in Dusseldorf Germany on January 16, 2026. He shares a testimony from the night, in which a young girl received guidance after watching The Right to Do Anything. Through this he showed the potential and reach people can have if they occupy the sphere God has called them to. Impact and change are possible beyond the four walls of the church, when individuals occupy the land allotted to them. He highlights a problem many face is that though they know the land they are called to, they do not have the capacity to occupy it.
He focuses on the topic for the sermon and says vacancy does not exist in the Kingdom. When a person fails to rise and fulfil their duty, God fills that vacancy immediately with a ready individual because the work must go on. He reads from Genesis 1:2 in The Message version and shares the main agenda of the enemy which is to “make spaces void so he can exploit it.” In this, he shows people that when they begin to slack in their spiritual activities, i.e. not praying, or reading the word, they are making themselves void of the Holy Spirit for the enemy to take advantage. He stresses this point that even in individuals choosing to be neutral on controversial issues is an agenda of exploitation by the devil. He explains that darkness mentioned in that scripture is not just the absence of light, but abject misery. This darkness begins to encroach on the soul of men, the more they avoid God and choose to be neutral. He encourages the church to mature from the place of pursuing God in their feelings, as this is a major tactic the enemy uses to pull individuals away, but to pursue God with dedicated focus because it is necessary.
He makes it clear that 2026 is not the year for individuals to hide their light and be uninvolved. He shares a vulnerable moment with the church and says he becomes nervous whenever his children take the remote control when he is not present, because he does not know what they will encounter. He shares how immorality is no longer hidden but has spilled into social media, even with couples shooting ‘innocent’ sexual content. He quotes Matthew 5:13-16 and reminds the church of who they are to this world, salt and light. He continues to speak with great passion and shares the predicament the church faces today, where she is like a muzzled ‘bulldog’ but darkness parades arrogantly. He tells the church ‘Light has no business in light. Light only has business in darkness.’ Most of the church rises to their feet convicted by the words being spoken. He makes it clear that this need to do exploits is not to make a name for themselves, but for God to be known and be glorified. He says not every knowledge of God is through evangelism or the pulpit but by good works, by being excellent in any work done. He recognizes the likes of Antoine Semenyo, Marc Guehi, and other Christian footballers who are bold in their faith but also excellent in their craft.
He tells the church to rise in excellence and value this year and decrees that they will not be tolerated this year, but they will be needed. He exposes a tactic that the enemy will use as people begin to live boldly for God: fear. He reminds people that occupying their land will not be void of battle but reassures them with Exodus 14:14 “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” He continues to charge and encourage the church to be strong and not abdicate their position. He relays the word of God of the church “Tell them that I have gone ahead of them.” The teaching ends with the church praying for grace to do the work.
